CSFP endowment fund
The CSFP endowment fund supports scholarships hosted by low and middle income Commonwealth countries.
2011 Commonwealth Scholarships and Fellowships supported by the endowment fund
The fund was established to mark the 50th anniversary of Commonwealth Scholarships in 2009. It was launched by Commonwealth education ministers in that year, under the patronage of HRH The Prince of Wales.
The fund aims to:
- build on the reputation of one of the world’s most prestigious scholarship schemes
- open a new channel of collaboration between developing Commonwealth countries
- provide unique opportunities for students from developed Commonwealth countries to study in new destinations
- help in the development of host universities, by providing a route to attract high quality international talent
